Laupheim, Germany-based Fischer GmbH Kunststoff Präzision has been renamed as Röchling Industrial Laupheim GmbH following its takeover by the Röchling Group last year.
In a 17 Jan statement, the precision plastic part manufacturer said the move was part of the company’s ongoing integration process into the Mannheim-based Group.
As the new name indicates, the company has been incorporated into the Röchling Group's industrial division; but above all, said the statement, the name ‘highlights' the marketing strategy of this division.
Comprised of 19 closely networked machining sites around the world, this division specialises in producing high-quality finished parts and components for a range of industries.
“Almost all of the industries in the world use our plastics. In our division, our goal is to offer optimal materials for all industries, all applications and all customers,” said Heinz Dirksen, business unit director sales & marketing machined components at Röchling.
Röchling Industrial Laupheim GmbH manufactures the machining of precision plastic parts and components made from technical plastics as well as high-performance plastics.
